LOA/ROA Agreement

This outlines the formal agreement regarding the procedures for taking time off and breaks from quota-related responsibilities. Designers are entitled to request time off per company policy. Regular breaks from quota duties are encouraged to promote productivity and prevent burnout, but these should be scheduled to minimize disruption to team workflows and must be approved by your supervisor. It is also important to communicate any extended absences, as they may impact individual and team quota performance. By following these guidelines, we can maintain a balanced work environment that supports productivity and necessary time off.
