Order Procedure

This is your comprehensive step-by-step guide designed to help you successfully complete your orders. It is essential that you follow each of these steps carefully and in the specified order, as this will ensure that you achieve the best possible outcome. Attention to detail in each step is crucial for your success, so make sure to take your time and understand each part of the process before moving on to the next.


Step 1 - Claiming Ticket

To claim a order, you need to click on the "claim" button, ensure that you always complete this step as if you do not anybody is permitted to take over the order. How to Spot You can spot unclaimed & claimed orders via the following: - 📍ㆍ(username): Symbolises a claimed ticket - 🔴ㆍ(username): Symbolises a unclaimed ticket


Step 2 - Complete the Order

After claiming the ticket, you need to finish the order. You may give small clips, or previews of the product in the process of being made, although not until you have completed the next step.

⚠️ Important Notice Any orders over 500 R$, you need to collect 50% of the payment beforehand.


Step 3 - Quality Assurance

Before moving onto the next step, the product needs to go through Quality Control. So you can verify the product is good enough to be sent to the customer. We may ask you to make any additional changes to the product. Find more information via Quality Assurance.


Step 4 - Place a Watermark

After you have gone through quality assurance, you will be instructed to place a watermark on your product; you can find these via Watermarks. Make sure to do this so the customer does not steal the product after you have sent it to them. Find more information via Watermarks.


Step 5 - Showcasing Product

After placing the watermark on, you need to showcase the product to your customer to make sure that they like the product and they approve of it. They may ask you to make any modifications to it which is fine.


Step 6 - Sending Game-pass

After you have showcased the product to the customer and they have approved of it, you now need to ping a Executive Team Member to send a game-pass for the product. Sending your own game-pass to receive 100% commissions will result in a immediate Termination & SBL. Find more information about our executives via Executives.
